PressFile AI.Base is the option for quickly building press distribution lists for new target groups. It is based on a database built with the help of AI tools, to which PressFile users have optional and exclusive access. It is stored in a private cloud and therefore shielded from external access.
With currently around 50,000 contacts from 5,000 online and print media outlets as well as almost 3,000 publishers, PressFile AI.Base offers an ideal research base for media in the DACH region, but also internationally.
DIRECT TRANSFER TO PRESSFILE
PressFile AI.Base is integrated directly into PressFile. This allows you to start searches from within the application, review and select new contacts, and then import them as new distribution lists or assign them to existing distribution lists. All with just a few entries and mouse clicks, and without having to switch to a new environment.
DISCOVERY OPTION WITH QUALITY ASSURANCE
Anyone who has ever researched media with the help of AI knows that you have to check carefully whether the results actually make sense and are complete. That is why PressFile AI.Base also offers Live Discovery as an option to identify new media contacts from around the world that are not yet included in the database. The PressFile team advises on the right selection of keywords, takes care of prompt optimization, and reviews the results according to editorial criteria. The result: clean, immediately usable new contact data.
GDPR-COMPLIANT AND SECURE
PressFile AI.Base is based on the principle of enrichment. Only contacts are added whose data is publicly available on the internet and can be assigned to a publisher or media outlet. In addition, different AI models are used to ensure the reliability of the results. With each new query, old data is compared with the new result so that the data is always up to date. This means PressFile AI.Base operates in full compliance with the GDPR throughout.
The database itself is hosted in Germany, just like PressFile. Data security is also subject to the same requirements.
