COMPANY

AN INTERNATIONAL SOLUTION

PressFile Europe, based in Ulm, Germany, was founded in 2009 as a sales organization for the web-based version of the US PR software PressFile. In 2011, the company also assumed full responsibility for the further development of this version, which was first delivered in March 2012 as PressFile V8. Today, PressFile is used all over the world, in German-speaking countries as well as in Ireland and the USA. Internationally active companies also rely on PressFile.

In addition to numerous PR agencies, PressFile was also able to convince many press offices of well-known companies of the benefits of the solution, including Handelsblatt/Euroforum, Trianel or NetCologne. You can find more references under the category Users.

DEVELOPED FOR THE NEW YORK PUBLIC LIBRARY
PressFile was originally developed in 1998 as PR software on behalf of the New York Public Library based on the FileMaker database system. This version is still used today by numerous US companies, including Time Inc, Sony or FileMaker itself. The development of the web-based version followed in 2004. Since 2009, both versions have been marketed independently.
FROM PR PROFESSIONALS FOR PR PROFESSIONALS

PressFile is not only backed by an experienced team of IT specialists. Furthermore, the development was accompanied by experienced PR professionals from the very beginning. As a result, the user guidance is closely aligned with the lived processes in PR and is thus largely self-explanatory and comprehensible. In addition, new functionalities are only added after consultation with the pilot testers PR agency Press’n’Relations, who ensure that the PR software is not overloaded with functionality, but remains easy to use and suitable for everyday use.
