PressFile documents all activities with each of your contacts – the basis for successful relationship management, but also for reports and evaluations.

The PR software PressFile not only records press releases, but also all press activities in a contact history. This way you can document your work and your successes. You determine what should be recorded in the contact history and what not. Contacts, phone calls, emails, notes or conversations: each contact type is freely definable. E-mail messages are also archived as full text and in an audit-proof manner. This means you are also on the safe side when it comes to DSGVO. Because in case of doubt, it is possible to trace exactly who used the personal data and how. That’s why PressFile PR software also relies on so-called “named users”: each user has his or her own personal account.

All information is always up-to-date and available to the entire team. This keeps everyone up to date on which contact person was contacted by whom, when, how and why. Create short or comprehensive reports. Easily compile media or call lists, print them or save them in HTML or Excel format.
