With PressFile you can efficiently manage and document your publications. In Clipping Management, you can record a wide range of additional information such as media response, reach, position and size of the article or equivalent value and create the corresponding reports.
FAST REPORTS
The PR software PressFile makes it easy to document the successes of press work: Using the clipping report, you can compile lists on the various publications, output them as HTML tables or export them and process them further with programs such as Microsoft Excel® or Numbers. You can also prepare a press review with just a few mouse clicks: Select the time period and project, and PressFile, in conjunction with AMID PR, will provide you with all the associated PDFs collected as a ZIP file.
WEB-BASED CLIPPING ARCHIVE
You load the scanned clippings in PDF format directly into our media asset management system AMID PR, which is also web-based. All information stored in PressFile, such as medium, contact data or print runs, is automatically linked to the PDF. All changes made in PressFile are automatically synchronized with AMID PR so that clippings in both systems are always at the same current status.
