With the start of the new year, we also have a change in personnel: Stefan Lopes has been your new contact person for all questions regarding PressFile since January 1. In this context, he acts as an interface between you as a user and PressFile development. In addition to telephone and online support, he will now be conducting customer training on how to use PressFile and will assist you with special tasks such as importing new distribution lists or cleaning up duplicates.
From 2010 to 2014, Stefan Lopes completed his training as an office management assistant at the company mt-g medical translation GmbH & Co. KG in Ulm. He subsequently worked there as a project manager. Due to his affinity for IT, he decided to continue his education to become an IT business administrator. He completed this in Langenau at the pharmaceutical company Coltene/Whaledent GmbH + Co.KG. There, as a junior IT system administrator, he was subsequently responsible for server administration and the maintenance of servers and user accounts.
