With the PR software PressFile you have an up-to-date overview of all activities of the entire team at any time. All entries documented in the contact history can be evaluated according to a variety of criteria.
VARIABLE REPORTS
You can display the results immediately as an HTML page or export them to Microsoft Excel® for further processing. Or you can generate a new distribution list from the result – especially useful if you ever need to track a complex press release.
SHOW SUCCESS
With the Clipping Report, these evaluation options are also available to you for all recorded publications. You can sort by different media types, such as print or online, and simply hide information you don’t need. And via the AMID PR media library, you can compile selections directly as a press review and print them out.
