The independent organizer of conferences, seminars and annual meetings, Euroforum Deutschland SE, has been using PressFile PR software since August 2011. The aim was to facilitate press and public relations work in all business areas. The summary drawn now shows: the software can meet the expectations placed on it. PressFile thus significantly simplifies the management of distribution lists and contacts, because distribution lists can be merged and individual contacts can be sorted out or re-sorted with just a few clicks. At the same time, mailings – whether by mail or in letter form – are always personalized. Euroforum had been looking for a simple system for some time that would allow them to clearly manage around 5,000 press contacts and simplify press releases. With PressFile, all information about a contact, such as e-mail address, telephone numbers or address, is now available to the entire team – even if individual employees are on the road or in the home office. This is because PressFile is a browser-based web solution – it can therefore be used wherever Internet access is available. With just a few clicks of the mouse, Euroforum employees now manage extensive distribution lists. Invitations, press releases or press kits can be sent via personalized e-mails as well as by letter. Each transaction is automatically logged in the contact history and assigned to the user, so that it can be traced even months later. In addition, the documentation provides the basis for evaluations and reports. For Euroforum this means: a significant simplification in press and public relations.<\/span><\/p>\n\n
