ots<\/a> is the PR distribution network of news aktuell, a subsidiary of the German Press Agency dpa. With PressFile, you can directly use the distribution channels with minimal effort whenever you want and when it makes sense for the respective topic.<\/p>\n

THREE CHANNELS IN ONE WORKFLOW<\/strong><\/p>\n

To facilitate the distribution of press releases through various channels, the ots connection is directly integrated into the PressFile workflow. In the first step, the message is recorded for publication in the PressFile newsrooms. Afterwards, it can be transferred with a single mouse click to both the sending window for personalized email distribution and the ots input mask. With another mouse click, it is transmitted to ots for review and simultaneously opens the corresponding window on the news aktuell website to complete the order there*. <\/span><\/p>\n

You can freely decide which press releases you want to distribute via ots and which you don’t. Costs are only incurred for the respective distribution*, the use of the PressFile interface and registration with news aktuell are free of charge<\/p>\n

With registration, a dedicated area is also created for each PressFile user in the news aktuell press portal, where the releases are published simultaneously with their distribution.<\/p>\n

With an average of 11.5 million views per month, ots-Presseportal is one of the highest-reach PR portals in Germany. Due to the high reach of the press portal, the releases are also optimally listed in search engines like Google, increasing the visibility of the content. This also applies to AI searches, where content matters even more.<\/p>\n
